Very nice stay

The hotel and the room were clean. The staff were very helpful. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the basics.

The check in was fast and we liked our suite. The parking was limited and we heard people parked right outside of our window in a fire lane due to lack of parking. The swimming pool and gazebo area were crowded, Im pretty sure some people were invited and didnt have rooms there. The breakfast was ok, nothing special.

I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was clean and spacious for my family of 5. The front desk attendants were always kind and helpful and our room was kept in order. We emjoyed the delicious breakfast, as well and being located near so many restaurants.

A load of false advertisement... The main reason for me booking at this specific hotel was for the king suites (which I booked two rooms) and the bar/lounge. The bar being not what was advertised isn't a big deal but don't say that you have a bar in your hotel if it's not what is in the listed pictures. The biggest issue I had was the room situation, I booked a room for 1 king suite and 1 king bed. The room smell terrible! The other room I booked was a king suite with 2 king beds; no only did it stink as well but the 2nd king bed was nothing but a pullout NOT WHAT WAS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE when I was deciding what to book. Booked through Orbitz and the rooms were very expensive but when we needed a new room due to the rooming issue, it was cheaper to book at the front desk. Not impressed and won't book here again

Nice, but limited parking

The staff was exceptionally nice! The room was nice and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location near the mall and several restaurants. The only problem was there was a lot of water standing in the parking lot, due to rain and there was construction at the hotel, so parking was very limited.
