We locked ourselves out and had to call host. His niece came over and called maintenance man and he was able to use a tool to get door open. Just remember to lock door on keypad to lock and not the silver doorknob. Apartment was very nice, mattresses so comfortable. Water pressure great . Didn't use pool. Apartment was within walking distance to border , about 6 minutes. We loved that because we had a wedding to go to in Matamoros. There are dryers and washers, 2 a load. Didn't use but nice to have the convenience. Felt very safe very quiet community.
