Huge picture perfect windows in every room showcasing more trees than you can count. All front doors are glass and completely open up to nature giving you not only a great, relaxing view of the serene creek but also the feeling like you are outdoors. Wood burning fireplace indoors and lighted fire pit outdoors gives you the choice on where to make your delicious s'mores. Amazing hot tub for more outdoor fun.

Deer cross through regularly, typically in the early morning when it's the quietest. New appliances fill the kitchen starring a Samsung gas smart stove for your best cooking and baking. Regulation size shuffleboard, horse shoes and corn hole are games on the property. A geologist, petrologist, or just plain rock lovers dream, the land is covered with quartz, slate, and rocks. Moss that feels like carpet and many other natural elements can be found near the creek. The deck and dock are great places to sit and drink coffee or bring your yoga mat. The cabin sits in a secluded heavily wooded area in Hochatown. The land and creek are beautiful all year long and with the change of the seasons comes different types of beauty. Great Place to Relax

The house was in a peaceful setting, very clean and as pictured. The shuffleboard table did not work because there were not any beads to add on it and firewood is not provided with the house so you will need to pick some up on your way in.

Our kids (10 & 7) would have spent all day catching minnows, crawdads, and bugs down in the creek if we had let them. They even put a line in and caught a 5in green sun fish and a 8-9in green sun fish. We were all very surprised to find such good sized fish in a creek! There is a cabin going up on the other side of the creek, but for our visit we enjoyed deer, birds, solitude and a location convenient to the activities in the park! Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks for sharing your space with our family!

Such a cool property. Sits on 10 acres and creek runs through middle of property. Caught a small perch out of creek. When you step out of back deck the creek and the trees and sounds of nature make it so serene. There is a cabin they’re building on the other side of creek which is always in view if on back deck but no one was staying in it so it’s like we had 10 acres all to ourselves!! Saw deer in the evening by the creek one of our nights. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to be secluded with their friends and family while staying in Hochatown.

10 out of 10 recommend! The place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. It does look like a second home will be built near it but at this time it is just the one home and you have plenty of privacy. We took so many pictures because the views are great for it. Communication was great with the host and we ended up adding nights.

Great place for families

Our family of 7 had plenty of room to hang out together and find quiet individual space as well. Our kids played outside much of the time on the private 5 acres. We were minutes away from Beaver Bend State Park. We highly recommend this beautiful home if you are traveling to the Broken Bow area.

Great cabin!

It looked like the pictures nice and clean, cozy with all the nice soft throw blankets, charming fireplace and nice kitchen to cook in, I love the gas stove! The deck was a beauty, nature bugs was a problem so bringing plenty of tiki candles helped! The cabin was perfectly ducked off but they are building another cabin across the way so hopefully the trees will help avoid the privacy concerns. We really look forward in going back in the fall!

Great new property on a creek — secluded, expansive deck, top-of-the-line appliances and fixtures. Only regret is that cabin under renovation across the creek that distracts from what we hoped was seclusion on 5 acres. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed a great escape!

Beautiful place to stay!

We loved our time here. I can’t say enough good things about it. We were greeted by deer when we arrived and left. The house is beautiful and clean. The woods around the house were a dream for kids to play in. The only thing I would comment on is I really wish there wasn’t another cabin being built across the creek. The sole reason we booked this house, and I what I think made it so special, was because there it was completely private with no other houses close by. That’s just a personal opinion. Still an a great place to stay!

Family Fun For All

Beautiful! The cabin was beautiful, all details were there! The decor was lovely! The scenery was beautiful! The all window wall in the family room caught the sunrise through the trees by the river and was breathtaking! The shuffle board was a family favorite for our grown children. We made it a treasure hunt to find heart shaped rocks! We skipped rocks, fished, and had self made goals on hitting objects in the river, like a floating stick or the bank on the other side. We played card games and board games. We roasted marshmallows in the fire pit. So many memories made. Thank you for creating a lovely getaway for all ages! We will be back with more family and friends!
