Staff was very helpful. When I left my good hat in the room, they found it and kept it at Reception until I was able to go back and get it.

We were given the Accessibility room which was not expected or needed. The windows were slightly open and could not be closed and therefore let a lot of street noise into room. Value for money was low.

Bed was comfy and clean. Towels were soft. Amenities were basic. The main problem was the lift smelt and external carpets were dirty. Only one staff on reception so phone never gets answered. They had lost my booking and took about 20 mins to find it. Not the staff member's fault but their systems. Queue for check in also as we were leaving. Go park at Uptown as only $20 overnight if you leave by 10am (Sunday night). It sufficed as a bed but we won't go back.

Great location, pleased that we were able to use the on-site carpark. Room was clean and coffee, tea etc. was provided. I must say the room was very small and a bit tight. Some sound proofing is required in the walls as the person in the room next to us could be easily heard having a conversation at 5am or watching his television at night. A few bangs on the wall were required to ensure he knew someone else was next door.

Reception staff were lovely. Very clean room-quite spacious with a double down one end and a single down the other. Excellent central location. Coffee shop does fantastic coffee and breakfast.

A decent spot in the Brisbane CBD and conveniently close to the Roma Street station, if you are traveling to/from the Airport via Airtrain. The rooms were comfortable, but property maintenance isn't great, so it's starting to feel a little shabby. Nonetheless a decent option for the price.

The whole place was hostel quality. There was rubbish under the bed, dust everywhere & even the bedding was poor. With well used pillows I wouldn’t even keep in my home, let alone what you would expect for $175/night. You win some you lose some, this place is not a good deal.
