The room was lovely but unfortunately we were woken at 8am by maintenance sanding and then painting our door and frame. When we complained to the front desk at checkout they got a manager to see us who was slightly apologetic and took my email to send me a discount code for a future booking - unsurprisingly no email has been received.

Excellent stay! We got an upgrade just before we arrived for what felt like a small fee and it was definitely worth it - huge seafront room! We had afternoon tea on our first day which was very good and I thought very good value compared with London prices. The breakfast was amazing too - absolutely loved the breakfast room!
