I selected this hotel for its grandeur and alpine experience. It was a pleasure to walk around the hotel, and sit in the window nooks. The room had bedroom and living room and a kitchen! it was perfect temperature the whole time. Bed was comfortable. Pleased with the slippers. Son happy with the spa facilities. Clean throughout. Staff were friendly when you engaged with them.

What a great great place . Absolutely loved staying here. Came for an investors summit. And loved the place . Perfectly positioned if you want to get away. Deep in the ‘no body goes there zone ‘ of maloja . Near enough to St Moritz to matter . Highly recommend

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und aufwendig restauriert. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und das Bad modern eingerichtet. Gegen Ende der Saison waren nicht mehr sehr viele GĂ€ste da. Dennoch gab es ein vielfĂ€ltiges FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet. FĂŒr das Abendessen empfiehlt sich je nach Saison eine rechtzeitige Reservation in einem der Restaurants im Ort.

Im Hotel war eine grosse religiöse Gruppe, welche sich aufgefĂŒhrt hat als ob ihnen das Hotel gehören wĂŒrde. UnzĂ€hlige Kinder, dieser Gruppe, sind schreiend durch die GĂ€nge gerannt und haben in den öffentlichen Bereichen Wintergarten, Looby, Terrasse, den ganzen Tag ĂŒber laut gespiel, dass gleiche Draussen, manchmal bis 2 Uhr frĂŒh. Das Hotelpersonal toleriert dies anscheinend. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist fĂŒr Fr. 25 pro Person eine absolute Frechheit. Es gibt keine warmen Speisen und gewisse Personen aus der Gruppe haben mit den HĂ€nden Speisen vom Buffet genommen und wieder zurĂŒck gelegt obwohl entsprechendes Besteck vorhanden war. Sehr hygienisch! Auch hier hat das Personal nichts unternommen. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder!

El hotel estĂĄ precioso. Es un edificio viejo pero bonito. QuizĂĄs le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento sin embargo, es muy acogedor. Son departamentos, puedes cocinar, tiene todo para hacerlo. El servicio al cliente es pĂ©simo. Super mal encaradas las señoras de recepciĂłn, nos hicieron mala cara, preguntĂĄbamos algo y sĂșper groseras. El buffet sale en 24 francos y la verdad no vale la pena.

Einzigartig fanden wir die Lage des Hotels und die erhaltene historische Substanz. In keiner Weise zufrieden waren wir mit dem Zimmer, das uns zugeteilt wurde, weil es im 1. Stock an einer befahrenen Strasse und nach Norden, also im Schatten lag. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers mit billigem Mobiliar, es gab als Ablage nur primitive Regale, war völlig unter dem Niveau, das wir zum gezahlten Preis erwartet hĂ€tten. Von unseren Erfahrungen her wĂŒrden wir das Hotel niemand weiterempfehlen. Sehr enttĂ€uschen!

L’hĂŽtel est trĂšs vieux et aucun entretien n’est effectuĂ©. Les chambre sont trĂšs mal agencĂ©e. La salle de bain date des annĂ©es 50. Nous somme arrivĂ© dans une chambre Ă  450.00 la nuit et pour ce prix nous avons eu des dizaines de mouche mortes dans la chambre et la salle de bain. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est ridicule. Et en plus le peu de chose que j’ai demandĂ© au personnel de rĂ©ception m’a donnĂ© l’impression de les embĂȘter plus que tout. Oubliez le sourire. Bref sĂ©jour hyperactif dĂ©sagrĂ©able et en plus trĂšs trĂšs cher pour dormir dans un lit Ikea

Tolle Lage, direkt an der Langlaufloipe, wir hatten ein Zimmer im mittleren Trakt mit Sicht auf den See, welches fĂŒr uns als Familie sehr grosszĂŒgig war, geschĂ€tzt haben wir auch die vorhandene Kochnische. Sehr feines Essen im neu gestalteten und gefĂŒhrten Restaurant im Seitentrakt. Das Personal haben wir als durchgehend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfunden.
