Multi family ski getaway

Had three families with 10 teenagers. Great location for mountain access. The place worked perfect to stop for lunch and had plenty of space for us to gather as a group. Hot tub views were amazing.

Great time at the Duck House

We really liked the living room and kitchen and dining areas. We could fit our entire group at the large dining room table. The ski-in ski-out access across the street was very convenient. Bedrooms would have been cramped if we had used all of the trundle beds.

Great place for ski trip

Awesome place and location for a ski trip. Easy location for getting to slopes and back home at the end of the day. You have to cross one residential street on foot but about as ski in/out as it gets in Breck it seems. Plenty of space. Big kitchen. Hot tub and sauna were awesome.

Even better than expected!

The Duck House was the perfect home for our ski weekend with friends. It accommodated our large group well -- with a great layout of beds, bathrooms, and spacious common areas. The listing pictures looked promising and it was even better in real life! The access to the mountain and downtown was very convenient. Would highly recommend this home!

Great getaway stay

The house has a beautiful view and deck with hottub! Short walk to a free ride bus that takes you into town. Large kitchen and dining space that was more than enough for our large group! Plenty of sleep space and very clean- we enjoyed our stay in Breck at the Duck House

Perfect for groups!

A lovely, spacious getaway for our group of 10. Some of the plumbing needs a little work (drippy sinks in kitchen and downstairs bathrooms), but those were small things. Beautiful location, with ample indoor and outdoor dining and hangout space.

So great we came back again!

Our big group loved it here so much we returned for a second Thanksgiving. The kitchen has everything you need for a huge feast. Location couldn't be better...a quick walk to the slopes and ski all the way to the door on your way home. Plenty of room to spread out. We love the huge dining room table that fits our entire group for game nights! Will happily return again!

Perfect for a big group

We had the best time at the Duckhouse! The beds were all great and we comfortably fit 17 people in the house. Kitchen was well stocked and the two dishwashers were a huge perk. Would 100% recommend!

Great family vacation space

We rented this house for a family vacation. We brought our 3 children and their families from Florida and Alabama and had a blast. There was plenty of room for all and the location was fantastic!! And Talk about a dream kitchen!! Two ovens and two dishwashers! Perfect for a large group. We love cooking and had everything we could possibly need at our fingertips. My sister lives in the Denver area and came to visit with us. She was so impressed she hopes to book it herself when she has friends come to visit.

Great house!

Gorgeous, spacious house in a great location with a nice view. Well stocked kitchen and bedrooms (extra everything), lots of spaces and places to hang out, close to hiking and a short drive to town. Our only critique is that the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced (some didn’t work properly) and the area/yard around the house needs to be cleaned up (lots of party trash). Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Home for Large Groups

Home has plenty of space for socialization and sleeping area for a large group. Many of the beds are bunks, so definitely setup in for a situation where you don't need a lot of shared beds or have lots of kids. Made for hosting a large group, 2 dishwashers, cutlery for days. The location convenient to town, right up ski hill road and even walkable two the base of the mountain if you wanted to. Town would be walkable, but you're climbing the Peak 8 to get there so not for everyone. Can't go wrong staying here.

The Duck House was terrific!!

What a nice home! Everything was just right, as we had a couple of families (14 people total) enjoy a great stay, fun skiing and fabulous memories. Plenty of bedrooms & beds, huge kitchen and family area to spread out. The hot tub was great. Clean and perfect temp. Fantastic communication with the mgt. company as well. Thanks, and we will definitely look to revisit!

Great ski house

Location is right on a corner, so you can jump on a ski run right down to a lift, and has space for all 18 people. Hot tub and sauna are nice additions as well. Easy check-in and hosts seem to be readily available if called.
