Excellent mountain retreat!

This is a great place to stay in Breck. Check-in and out was super easy. Our host responded promptly though the messaging portion of the VRBO app and was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed this home as our “home base” for our hiking excursions. We definitely recommend!

GREAT house GREAT views!

Our family of 5 stayed here for an extended weekend, and wish we had stayed longer. The house is so awesome and the views are absolutely stunning! The kids loved the spiral staircase and the loft! We loved sitting in the living room enjoying the mountain view from the A-frame window! Very comfortable, would definitely stay again!

Beautiful view but mechanical issues!

This house has a beautiful view but we had multiple mechanical issues. The fireplace and smoke alarms both malfunctioned. The property managers were very responsive and sent repair technicians but they both malfunctioned again the next day. That was very frustrating and it just wasn't worth continually asking for help. A consideration if you're planning to book this property is the very tight spiral staircases from the main floor down to the lower level and up to the upper level, especially getting suitcases up and down the stairs. Both of those levels house the majority of the beds and bathrooms. We had to ask for some basic kitchen supplies but the property manager was very responsive and we had them by the middle of day 2.

A beautiful home.

We rented this home for the weekend to celebrate my husband’s 75th birthday. Our family of 10 (4 kids and 6 adults) loved the property. There was plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfy and the rooms spacious although a little sparsely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, silver and glassware. The view was breathtaking and the hot tub was great. Not inexpensive, but fabulous for a big group.
