Short weekend stay

Clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the use of the arcade room, hot tub and Blackstone. Quiet and secluded property.

Overall a very nice stay. House was as pictured and described except i was surprised to see the 2 bedrooms and game room down a set of stairs. I dont recall reading anything in the description that hinted at that. Only mention of stairs was one step for the master bedroom. We all loved the amenities such as grills, fire pit, game room, and hot tub. Only true issue was the spiders. Especially the dozens of huge ones hanging all over above the hot tub with massive webs as a person with extreme arachnophobia i couldnt even step foot out there at night when they would all dangle above me.

We loved our stay! We loved that the house was tucked away, and peaceful with beautiful views. We also loved the amenities- especially the Blackstone, hot tub, porch swings, fire pit, and game room. Perfect for a family with kids, as they had plenty to do and to their own space. The location is also great- tucked away, but also close to all of the things in Branson! Highly recommend…we would love to come back!

Exactly What We Needed

This property was exactly what we needed. Everything was provided from pantry items, a S’more station, dog bags, video games, hot tub, grill, views, etc. The entrance/exit to the property is a little awkward due the steepness and curve, but not unmanageable. Communication was great and instruction for the home were spot on. Our family had a great time. We’ve stayed at many properties and this was easily a 10/10.

Beautiful Getaway!

This was our first family vacation and we couldn’t have had a better home to enjoy during our time away! The views are amazing!!! Our kids and fur babies absolutely loved it!

The Buschmann cabin is a beautiful home in a partially secluded wooded area in Reed Springs The home was clean and well prepped from the coffee pods and s’more fixings to bathroom toiletries and laundry supplies. Plenty of room and bonus of being pet friendly so I could bring my dog who enjoyed walking amongst the leaves! Although critters were mentioned in the welcome letter, we only saw a couple of spiders inside which were managed quickly with the bug spray. Deck in 1st and 2nd floors were lovely to see the sun reflecting off the lake in the distance. And the gas grill was amazing! Being able to cook and grill helped us save on eating out each day. It was also nice to be able to launder before leaving…one less thing to do upon returning some! We didn’t use the game room but it was a nice touch and I can imagine that families with kids love it! Thanks to our host and Megan for responding quickly to questions about the tree trimmers which helped ease concerns about unexpected workmen. All in all, this vacation home was perfect and the respite needed to get away from the bustle of life for a short time.

Great Getaway

This was the perfect spot to accommodate our extended family. There was something for us all from the arcade game for the kids to beautiful decks to enjoy coffee and the view. Close to so much but secluded and private!

Fantastic Home

This home was perfect and was exactly as described in the photos! We loved the location and felt very comfortable in the home. There were areas to walk around outside that our dog loved. It was quiet, peaceful, and scenic. We would love to come back again!

Peaceful Place

Nice house, nice property. My wife, myself, two friends, and our 2 dogs enjoyed the decks, and fire pit. Nice view in the distance of the lake and Chateau on The Lake. Only disappointment was a lack of a regular coffee maker, (Keurig only), and a lack of serving bowls.

Quiet and Relaxing

We were looking for some quiet down time and boy did we find it. Loved the beautiful house and loved, loved, loved the 2 large spacious decks across the back of the house and the view. Communication with our contact was incredible. She quickly addressed any concern we had. Nice fire pit on the side of the house with plenty of seating and lots of room to park. Stayed 2 weeks and hated to have to leave.

Summer weekend getaway

We love the house! Very cozy, clean and our favorite spot is the deck where you can enjoy the sunrise and the sunset. Love the space. Great for group of friends and family. Very quiet and you can definitely relax for a short weekend vacation.

Quiet Cabin Overlooking the Lake

The property is just as nice as the photos in a quiet wooded area. The beds are comfortable and there's plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Easy 15-20 min drive to most places that we went.

Great country setting

This was a great property. 15 minutes from SDC and about 30 from the landing. Great setting. You really feel like your out of the city. House had everything you need and more.

Nice place with a great view.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay here. It was very nicely decorated and clean. Has 2 huge decks 1up and 1 down that have a great view. Just watch close for the driveway. It’s pretty easy to miss at first.

Spring break March 29- April 2

Took a quick trip for kids spring break and to visit my Aunt that lives in Missouri… this adorable home was perfect for our stay!! Absolutely Amazing views from every window. Loved waking up to the sunrise ,so peaceful… kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook , all around comfy cozy from the beds to the fire pit outside … we were close enough to everything but just far enough away to relax and recharge! Would love to visit again in the fall!!
