The property was as portrayed. A few housekeeping needs:Porch full of cobwebs, pillow and tables on deck not clean, 1 front porch light out, few bugs one dead in sink when we arrived.

Perfect for 4 ladies. 4 bedrooms with 4 master bathrooms with large walk in showers. Large living space One story with one step up for entry. Beautiful decor. Private balcony looking at large trees. Awesome place to bring your husbands too especially if they are golfers

Celebrating Family Christmas

Property is lovely and very clean. Lacked enough coffee cups, dishwasher pods coffee filters and we had to ask for a Christmas tree. Little disappointed for the cost.

Perfect Space for Family Gatherings

We loved how spacious it was for our group of 8 adults. We wanted a place we could hang out and play games, and it was perfect. The only issue was the ice maker on the refrigerator. There was ice, but it wouldn’t dispense. We read that a previous guest had mentioned the same problem, but apparently was ignored by management. We pulled out the tray and discovered ice was packed in the back of the dispenser. The reason was because the arm that stops the ice maker when it’s full was missing. We emptied the ice container and the missing arm was wrapped around the auger. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Get Away

This property is a beautiful home away from home. We especially liked that each room had their own Shower/ Bathroom, its great for couples. We would surely recommend this home to others, along with using it again.

Disappointing

Our stay at this particular villa was not satisfactory at all. The first day set the tone when we walked in to a terrible smell and gnats which turned out to be food in the disposal. The sheets in the bedroom I stayed in also had a bad, musty smell and needed to be washed. A bag of dirty clothes from a previous guest was left in the bottom dresser drawer which had the same smell. I suspect the bedding had never changed but just made up. Another bedroom had a blanket in the closet with a ball of pubic hair wadded up inside. The kitchen was poorly equipped (compared to other villas and cabins we have stayed in at other locations). The house itself was wonderful, roomy and comfortable. The arrangement of the bedrooms and bathrooms was exceptional. We have stayed at a villa just like this one in the same neighborhood and will probably stay at another on future visits to Branson.

Just what we needed

Traveling with young married adult children, and elderly parents, this cottage was just what we needed. The ensuite bathrooms made the time together easy and enjoyable for one and all. The living room/outdoor space was large & accommodated all of us. We were quite comfortable. Location was great. Quiet but accessible to all we wanted to do.

Great Place

Overall, this was great place to stay. It was very close to a lot of places but was tucked away and was quiet. The setup was perfect for us. The kitchen floors still had crumbles and food left over from the previous renter and the trash can was broken. Otherwise, it was in good shape. We would stay again!

Great Branson Stay!

Our family of six adults and one pre-teen had a great stay of three nights over spring break here. The property was spacious and well-maintained and supplied. It is located on a golf course - with quiet surroundings and easy access. For my first VRBO rental experience, it was great and I'll be looking for more rentals on family vacations.

80th birthday celebration

CHRISTMAS VACATION

Beutiful Home, absolutely loved the layout, it was perfect for our grown kids and grandbaby. Great locaton (close to most things yet far enough away from all the hussle and bussle. Had a tiny bit of trouble before arrival with check in and out instructions, but with a simple phone call was able to get it worked out quickly. Would definitely stay again. Branson never dissapoints for Christmas
