I liked the quiet, cozy atmosphere — the frozen lake view right from the backyard was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The cottage was huge, beautiful, and clean. Beds were good. Kitchen was fully stocked, although we got takeout quite a bit. Only downside is parking. Cannot park at the cottages, have to use the lot and haul things with a cart to the cottage. Was doable for a few nights, would be tough if staying a full week. Loved the central air/heat - a rarity in cabins.

I've stayed at Good Ol' Days on a number of occassions in the winter months. It is a clean and accommodating facility with nice rooms, great staff, and very reasonable rates.
