Great Stay

Great Home!

Great home in a very nice area. Close to restaurants and stores. Great Botanical Gardens walkway down the road and fun time playing cornhole and ping pong in the basement.

Weekend Bday Getaway

Celebrated my daughter's fifteens at a nearby venue. Home was very comfortable for our family. Location to the beach was great for a relaxing day after the celebration. Used the acailable grill to barbecue for our group plus others that visited from out of the bday while the kods enjoyed the pool. Had one small issue with the A/C that was quickly addressed by the host. Would 100% recommend this home. town for the bday

Large, comfortable, & convenient

Our group of 8 adults had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our long weekend. The beds were very comfortable (3 king beds were a plus). We loved having the access to the pool, plenty of bathrooms, and the large kitchen which had all the cooking essentials. Easy location to AMI beaches and Robinson Creek Preserve. Highly recommend this house and would love to stay here again!

Best Vacation Ever!

Our family vacation at this VRBO home was phenomenal!! This immaculate home is well-designed, amazingly well-equipped, and cupboards well-labeled. Beds were super comfy. Nina has everything a family needs for the beach - cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and many beach toys. The well-heated pool was so clean and just the right size for a family. Location here is everything! We were 3 min from Robinson Preserve - great for running and hiking. The kids loved its Nest Playground and climbing the tower. We enjoyed walking DeSoto National Memorial and Botanical Gardens nearby. We loved Bradenton Riverwalk and dining at Pier 22 there. Riverwalk's playground was great and our family loved watching the dolphins right by it. Sweet Berries custard ice cream was our go-to afterwards! We loved the access to nearby beaches on Anna Maria Island. We went to Bradenton Beach and Coquina Beach. Our family fished at the North Pier (Rod and Reel) on AMI and the south jetty of Coquina Beach. We all loved the food at AMI Oyster Bar. We also enjoyed downtown Sarasota's and St. Armand's shops, eating fresh fish at Walt's Rest., driving on Long Boat Key, Bayfront Park, St. Pete's Pier, Marietta Museum, and Ringling Museum (art gallery free on Mondays). Nina was very easy to communicate with and worked hard to ensure everything was perfect for our family. I can't say enough good things about our wonderful experience here!! We are so very excited to return! Thank you to Nina and her husband!

Perfection!

The house was absolutely perfect for a holiday gathering for three generations! The house was spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of seating for dinner or just visiting. Having three en-suite bathrooms was definitely a crowd pleaser! The house came with absolutely everything we needed for an easy stay. (Paper products, spices, and plenty of pots and pans for cooking!) The neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet, with easy access to the Robinson Preserve and the beaches. The communication with Nina was prompt, smooth, and she was lovely to deal with. I'd love to make our family gathering an annual event there.

Perfect Place

We enjoyed our stay at Coastal Soul. A very clean and well kept property. Nature preserve right next store for walking was great. Property had everything we needed for our extended family get together. Kitchen and coffee bar were well equipped. My only recommendation would be to provide some beach chairs for day trips to the beaches. Thank you Nina for hosting our family. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Great house, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in Palma Sola! The house was immaculate and extremely clean, cute decor, cozy FL room lounge area to sit and have coffee each morning. Beds were so so comfy and kitchen had everything you could think of. We esp loved the coffee bar stocked full!! Teenagers enjoyed the game area on the bottom floor. We came here with 3 families for a graduation, varying ages from infant to grands and everyone enjoyed! Close to the beach and conveniently located. Teenagers used the bikes and went for a ride through the preserve right down the road. Pool is small for larger kids but perfect to cool off. Thanks Nina for the awesome communication and perfect stay!

Amazing Property

This was a gorgeous property that had every amenity listed and more. We are a large family that had plenty of room, and there was fun for everyone of every age. We were walking distance to the Preserve and a short drive to the beach. We had a wonderful time!

Excellent Place to Stay..Very Enjoyable

7 friends, all 74+, who have traveled all over the world together, very much enjoyed their 2 week stay. The location is excellent with many things close by and a great Preserve to walk in. The house is just great. Lotsa room, well stocked and great pool. Would stay there again!

Spacious, modern, very large house with pool

This 5 BR, 5 bath ( ½ to full baths) with TV's in every room offered privacy for sleeping, but also large open kitchen for cooking/family meals, living room, sunroom, heated pool & yard for gathering & games. The neighborhood was upscale/quiet, close to the beaches & preserve for miles & miles of nature walks/biking.. We were in town for a wedding at the Mixon Fruit Farms which also offers tours/store for visitors. The hosts responded extremely quick to any questions or requests. We would highly recommend this house & would gladly stay here again.

Relaxing break in a lovely home

The property was lovely; it had everything you would need including toiletries. It was very clean and felt like home from home. The host was very attentive and responded to any contact almost immediately. Would definitely recommend this home and would like to have a return visit soon.
