Great Place

This is a gorgeous property. A short drive from the beaches. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals including food storage for leftovers!! The beds were super comfortable and accommodating for our group of 4 adults and 7 Grandchildren. The pool was a hit for the kids and grandpa alike. Pool toys were available as well as plenty of outdoor seating. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bradenton.

Great house for family

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The house was stocked with needed items and easy to settle into and enjoy. The pool was great and there were many places to sit and relax inside and outside. We were 15 minutes from beaches and had many food options nearby. We will definitely be back!

Perfect vacation home

This house has it all. Everything we needed for a week stay. We loved the pool and all the outdoor seating. Owner provided pool toys and beach chairs. On a rainy evening we gathered in the living room for a little TV. This is our second time using this home. We will be back.

Senior Gals Reunion

Four of us enjoyed this four bedroom home with lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the outdoor patio with the 86 degree pool. It was so relaxing. The location was great. Highly recommend it.

One Opinion

First impression… arrived after dark and no exterior lights were on which doesn’t give a strong sense of security. Once inside, we were greeted by a musty, closed up smell, followed by a large roach in one of the bedrooms and one on the kitchen counter. There was also some kind of moldy banana concoction in the freezer and drinks in the fridge. The kitchen and bathrooms are very outdated. We didn’t use any amenities in the kitchen since we were concerned with cleanliness. The pool area was very nice, but the other half of the yard (I assume because there was a gate) was a boneyard for old appliances and jet skis. During our stay, the property manager asked to put water in the pool and was very responsive when I asked how they were so aware of the property’s status at that exact moment. We chose this property because of its distance from IMG, the phenomenal reviews, and the decent pictures. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to friends and family.

Great family time

We had an awesome family vacation spending time at the surrounding beaches and activities. Our VRBO rental home was perfect for our family with lots of space for sleeping, eating, and just hanging out watching movies or playing in the beautiful pool!!

Loved the home.

The home was a wonderful place to stay. Some areas have been completely updated and very beautiful. Most eveything you need was there. Loved having the air mattresses to use. The high chair was a surprise to find in the home and so grateful it was there. The pack and play was a wonderful addition as well. Location was great. Not far from the gulf, close to shopping and easy to visit other areas around town. Loved having the dining table and the kitchen table. Everyone was happy with the home, space to spread out. Able to enjoy each others company without being squeezed in and on top of each other. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

Definitely Amazing!!!

My family and I were lucky enough to stay at this property for a whole week and it met every expectation and more! The pool offered unlimited entertainment for the kids, it was clean and the perfect temperature to cool down from the heat. The house was big and clean - the washer and dryer were a life saver!!! This house was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. If we ever get the chance to come back to Florida, I would definitely want to stay here again! This was the most stress free vacation - we weren’t ready to leave! Thank you so much for everything!!!

Amazing

The home was awesome, clean, and just as described. Very hospitable and comfortable. All necessities was provided and the property was a very clean place. The pool was clean and well maintained. Owner provided towels and all toiletries to get started when we arrived. Love the location and the home! Host was very responsive and answered all questions quickly. Check in was easy and so was check out. Thank you so much for allowing me and my family to stay in your house. We loved it!

Family Vaca

We had a great vacation and the house fit my family of 10 (7 adults 3 kids ages 2,3&5) perfectly. The pool/patio were well used and the house had everything we needed. We also used all the beach stuff in the shed. The island was 20-40 min drive depending on traffic. My only down side was the covered patio had a little step up and a few in our group stubbed our toes on it. We still would book this house if we come back up the area.

Central Location
