4th time staying at this place..we love it .. close to beach, close to restaurants...no need for a car! Host is exceptionally responsive.. responding so quick at with detail. Clean and high quality thick linens

Everything was very clean and decorated beautifully. The beach is across the street and there were several beach chairs, toys, cart and beach towels available. The shops are not far on Bridge Street and lots of restaurants to choose from. We loved Beach House, Skinny's, Oyster Bar, and the Kokunut. Tons of fun shops too! We loved going to Bean Point Beach and watching a sunset. We loved our stay!!

We loved the location of this place! Clean, comfortable and close to beach and Bridge street. We will definately stay here again next time we are on the island!

Perfect Location

Great place for a couple to stay. Close to beach access and walking trail along beach. Great for morning walks. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Over all great stay!

Beautiful!

We had the best stay here! Everything was so clean and the beach is right across the street! The views from the back deck are incredible, and everything is within walking distance, which was so nice! The property manager was very responsive and welcoming! We can’t wait to visit again!

Sam is a wonderful host and his place is immaculate! Very close to Bridge Street and beach. Second year staying at his place and highly recommend!

Hidden gem!

The place is a hidden gem! Perfect location, very clean and we loved the large porch! Absolutely recommend for a couple to get away! Looking forward to next year to stay if it’s available!

The unit was clean and comfortable. The location was great as it was within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. The beach access was immediately across the street so it was a very easy walk even with a small cooler and chairs. The private deck provided sunshine from the early morning which lasted all day including into the evening that one could see the sunset. Without question would stay there again.

Clean, great location... Small but amazing rooftop patio expands the space. Beach is right across street super easy walk. Two beach chairs, one umbrella and beach towels Iincluded. Perfect little place

The air conditioner in the bedroom is wrapped on the outside by tin. During the winds for two days it cracked and moaned. We could not sleep and woke up constantly!

Cozy and close to everything

Wife and I spent four nights here. Everything is clean. Interiors have been updated recently. Very short walk to the beach and to the fun on Bridge Street.

Great location!!

Very nice, convenient to beach and restaurants. Host was great to deal with. Many repairs needed; screen door on sliders to deck, blinds on windows. Overall, it was fantastic
