A perfect location with great outside space for us and our dog. The house was clean, well appointed and the entire check-in/out process was very easy. Rae was very responsive to any of our questions. I would stay here again.

Central Boulder Home

This property was wonderful for 5 of us. Very comfortable, clean and lots of room. The outdoor deck was great for morning coffee and evenings under the stars. Communication was terrific. We would definitely book this house again when visiting Boulder.

Everything is great. The facilities are wonderful. We had a very pleasant stay. Just a small suggestion to make it even better. If the house manager could have responded our message/ phone call within more reasonable time like what it says on the house rule, it could make it perfect.

Wonderful, warm, and perfect home

The house was amazingly comfortable for the 6 of us while we were in Boulder for a football game and Thanksgiving. We could easily get to Folsom Stadium and the Pearl Street area. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. The beds were comfortable. And the house and yard were dog friendly.

Boulder wedding weekend

We were very happy about our stay. It was clean, well stocked with spices, pots and pans, ect. Everything we needed was provided. Why would anyone ever stay in a hotel? The location was great too! Close to the charming town of Boulder and hiking/sightseeing. We had a wonderful time hanging out with our family in this chaming home.

Great home for a stay in Boulder!

This is a spacious home within walking distance to Pearl Street. The outdoor deck is a big plus and the kitchen is fully equipped with gadgets and a myriad of spices that makes dining-in a joy.

Enjoyable & clean home - conveniently located

Very clean property in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds in rooms that were spaced out nicely. I love that we didn’t have a long to do list at checkout like most vacation rentals. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely, spacious house and yard with loads of amenities

This house is beautiful and accomodating with basically two masters. (Both with sitting balconies.) The yard is lovely, with a great outdoor space for eating, visiting and playing in the yard. My husband and I wished we had more time in the house to enjoy the well stocked library and office. (We had three other family members with us.) It is a quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking, and easy access to sites in Boulder. The manager was wonderful and responsive to any questions. We highly recommend it!

Exquisite and spacious and beautiful

Exquisite and spacious home. Even more beautiful than the pictures show. My husband and I and hour three grown children enjoyed a 4 day stay in Boulder. We loved our time here and were extremely sad to leave. Many wonderful details throughout the house made our time wonderful. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
