The person who checked us in was very friendly and let us check into our room early. The only downside is the very restricted check-in hours, from 2 pm to 7 pm. The tram that takes you directly to the center of Bordeaux is right across the street. The room was fine.

It was a lovely, roomy place to stay. Although there isn’t much to do or see in the immediate area, it is quiet, and the center of town is just a tram ride away.

Easy access to the Metro, the apartment was spacious. A bit lacking in maintenance- bathroom tap was loose and board next to dishwasher was falling apart. Air conditioning wasn’t good, not a lot of extras, and had to ask for use of iron as none in room though had an ironing board. Not a terrible place, but it needs some TLC.

Very comfortable location and safe

A nice way to feel at home, well done apartment the only change would be nice to make was the bedroom at least the one we had the bed was to short for my husband and he is 1.80 in hight, specious area for clothes but the bed was taking most of entrance space Kitchen well equipped and spacious Very spacious living room and sitting room Am very happy overall with the Ténéo and a great location as the tram is passing right outside of the hotel, on Wednesday morning noticed a nice market opposite the tram line Reception helpful and friendly I also liked the locking system of the hotel We was given a code as we was coming there after reception hours so we used the code to enter building then we used a code for access to post box to get our envelope that contained our room key with our welcome letter Thank you very much as this was so stress free and our stay made our holiday with ease
