The property was close to a tram stop and within walking distance of a few shops, bars and restaurants. As a family we enjoyed our stay overall. Host was excellent and responded to any queries quickly. The negatives are the house, especially the upstairs bedrooms become unbearably hot, there are electric fans but with no air-conditioning or ceiling fans sleeping was very uncomfortable. The pool was a welcome necessity but during our week long stay it wasn't cleaned. Mosquitos were problematic so repellent is a must. We found it strange that there were no toilets upstairs, just showers and sinks, annoying in the middle of the night! It's a lived in house, a family home so be aware of that. On arrival there was a wet used towel on one of the bathroom floors, overall it was generally clean but not immaculate. We loved Bordeaux and the surrounding area.

A lovely host (Stephanie) and a beautiful house. It has lots of positives, especially the security of the property and the pool.Only a few development points, which could be to give the property a really good clean. It wasn’t dirty, just not immaculately clean. There are also a couple of the decking boards around the pool which need attention.Check in was easy and we arrived late so Stephanie was very flexible. Overall, we loved the property.

schön eingerichtete Wohnung, wie auf den Bildern. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Aufgrund der großen Hitze haben wir lediglich eine Klimaanlage vermisst. Dafür haben wir den Pool genossen und die gute Anbindung an Bus und Bahn. Eine kleine Oase in der Stadt.Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und nett!
