Good size room, cleanliness, staff are very accommodating, patient, and friendly. Although i have not used the pool, it looks really nice with the bar on the side. (The bar is so expensive, though). The proximity to beach is not bad, like 5mins walk.

Complete facility needs renovation, upkeep is not maintained. Breakfast had some choice's, but was missing taste, only good item was omelettes made to order, which was a pleasant surprise. Stuff very kind and was only bright point of our stay in Hue.

A great hotel and a great location with excellent staff.The a la carte dining at the restaurant was amazing. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. rooms were a decent size and clean. It was very family friendly with lots of activities and amenities for kids. I did not travel with my children on this trip but would 100% bring them back to this hotel in the future. Everything was within a short walk from the hotel and easy to reach by foot or an e-bike if you prefer. The standout in this hotel is the staff. From the drivers to the reception staff, even the security guards are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The cleaning staff were always incredibly pleasant, proactive and very accommodating to different schedules.
