We booked a delux bungalow since we has two adults traveling. That “delux bungalow” turned out to an apartment away from the main hotel with no access to services. Eventually we had this changed locally at the hotel to two single rooms at an extra charge - these were in the main hotel facility but partly defeated the purpose since the two co travelers ended up in separate rooms. While checking out they could not charge a credit card for the difference. Told us to pay the amount through UPI, which we did. Then they said that they overcharged us and wanted our bank information to send the refund. That refund has not yet shown up.
