One of our rooms was not ready when we checked in. When it was finally ready we went in and there was a terrible odor, the maintenance poured something down the drain to relieve the smell and the tv in the connected room was not functioning until maintenance fixed it as well.

Dirty chairs, dirty elevators, and on our floor, the elevator panel had two shoes printed on it; someone kicked the down button, but after 2 nights stayed and complained. No one bothered to clean the elevator panel or the elevators. Overall, the location is great, Panera Bread is next door, down the road, there are Five Guys, Chipotle, Panda Express, and Mod Pizza...etc

The room was great. Clean and comfortable. The kids played in the small indoor space pool and enjoyed the hottub. The lady at check in was very helpful and Kim the bar staff was great ensuring that we enjoyed the food and drinks and was helpful with suggestions for our grandkids.
