Hotel was very clean. The staff was very attentive and you could tell they cared about their guests. The room I had was lovely and it’s in a convenient location. Very highly recommended

the location and overall setting were nice, the service was disappointing. Our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. After a full day out, we returned to find it exactly as we left it. We had to call the front desk and were only provided with a few clean towels. We were also told that if we had called later, no staff would have been available. This is below basic hotel standards.

We loved our time here. Was so convenient for walking to castle, Charles bridge, etc. breakfast was excellent and the staff was kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again

The 2 women checking us in were phenomenal. Very polite and informative and efficient. We were hoping to drop our bags and walk around a bit until check-in. But instead we were told the room would be ready in 10 minutes, that was absolutely fantastic. We were able to take a short nap after being up for 22+ hours, and then go sightseeing and dinner. The room was nice and comfortable and the bathroom was great. Can't wait till we come back. Loved the location.
