The good:
-Easy Check in
-Clean - beds, bathrooms and linens are nice and comfortable
-Communication leading up to check in was great
-Hot Tub was a nice touch
The bad:
-Fireplace didn't work (would light but wouldn't stay on)
-Benches for main table are flimsy and wobbly, will lift up if you sit too close to one end
-Toaster half worked other half didn't
-Electrical issues with things not turning on, or randomly turning on, such as ceiling lights in the middle of the night
-You can hear whispers from one room to the next. If you are staying with friends you will hear their conversations in their rooms, using the bathroom, etc
-Pool Table has broken bumpers, and all the cue tips are missing or broken
-Outlet covers missing on the wall downstairs and in the laundry area
We checked in Thursday and I expressed these issues on Friday. We heard nothing back except for automated messages asking us to do things to check out and also please leave a good review.
In my opinion this is what you get when you hire a rental company to manage your property.
