Check in staff was very nice. Room needed a little tlc. Breakfast which is why we went quality inn over the other choices was not worth turning up for and knowone even there to ask why there was nithing available.

This property is right downtown. The benefit of that is you can walk to a really nice park and there are tons of food choices. We got fresh bread at Erick Schat's Bakery which was fantastic and had a nice dinner at Holy Smoke BBQ. The negative is that there is road noise and the rooms could use some updating. A standard continental breakfast was offered. The ice machine was broken when we were there and my partner did not love the TV offerings. There is a filled in swimming pool that has been turned into an outside courtyard with a BBQ grill. No other amenities. If you just need a place to sleep and use as a gateway for other places, this works. Check out the railroad Museum in Laws if you get a chance, it was really neat for a small town location.

Room was used and dirty I didn’t spend the night

I didn’t use the room. When I walked in the room wasn't serviced the beds were used like someone was recently in the room. Mold on the ceilings and ants on the a/c unit and beds. I didn’t stay the night I was given ant / roach spray used it and ended up getting sick due to the smell.

Not a stellar stay

The fridge did not work, so I lost some food. The thumb lock on the door did not work, it was a ground floor street facing so it really did not feel safe. When I brought it up to the front desk, I was told most of them did not work. I was very disappointed in the room. They would not give me a printed receipt. Not a great stay.

Overall experience is a 6 out of 10. Pros: Hospitality was great! Breakfast was good particularly the waffles! Toiletries are provided with no extra cost Cons: Found a few small bugs in the room (Not bed bugs). Ice machine did not work. Bbq did not have propane. Refrigerator smelled like old food.

nice bed. quiet room. two things kept it from being a perfect stay 1) there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. 2) i paid for my room with cash and i was required to pay a $100 deposit because i have a small dog, which is expected. I was unable to use a credit card for the deposit, however, because i paid in cash and had to give a cash deposit, which was inconvenient and just plain weird.
