This property has too many extra fees that they charge because of the extra fees that they charge at individual times my accommodations were denied, and the communication was very limited, the only thing I received was an email denying my weekend stay out. How would I rate them horrible if you really wanted my business, you would’ve called me to see what we can do to fix the situation and that was not done. Because of the different fees and individual times the credit card company thought that this was fraudulent transaction so they denied the payment. I think in the future, there should be one charge and they should take the responsibility of taking their fees from that one payment.
