Brian was amazing to work with, very quick responses to questions. This property was perfect for our group and so very much better than any hotel room. The rooms were spacious and the advantage of having a kitchen made a big difference in comfort. Thank you Brian for a great stay.Would definitely stay here again.

The house was nicely set up and remodeled back to it's original state. I loved the built ins and the ceilings and such. The rooms were spacious with one bedroom having a seating nook. We enjoyed our stay. The mattresses could be updated and the place needed a thourough dusting and sweeping. But, that being said, the streets in Big Sandy are gravel and the wind blows a lot, so the dust is to be expected. It was an overall great experience. My husband, son and I were on a hunting trip and the location of the house was close to our hunting area as well as to the local bars and eateries.

I stayed at the house whilst working in the Big Sandy area. It was my second stay at the house and as usual, it worked well for me! I was able to cook my meals and keep my clothes washed. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Is definitely a cool house. Was almost perfect for our needs. Everything is in good shape. Landlord is very nice. The property seemed decorated by a man. No offense! We cooked a lot and it was very friendly in that category. Comfy beds and furniture. The only negative was not great outdoor patio area. Although, the neighbor (Landlord) let us use his very cool back patio. Super nice to have laundry amenities!

I stayed at this house for four straight weeks this past April, while I was working on a project at a nearby farm.It was so nice to have a warm home to come home to each night. I was able to prep and cook my meals and wash all of my clothes each night. It was bittersweet to leave at the end of my stay.

1st visit to Big Sandy, MT

This property is tucked in a quaint, charming neighborhood of Big Sandy. For movie buffs, this is a great place, as it has some cool posters and artifacts from 90's cult classic films. The kitchen's great for cooking meals, along with the gas grill that's at the house!

Convenient and comfortable

We stayed here to be close to family who live in Big Sandy. Brian was an amazing host—helpful, responsive, flexible, generous. The cottage is adorable and has clearly been lovingly maintained. We are so happy the house was available for our dates—the next closest rental was in Havre, more than 30 minutes away. We’ll be returning soon and will absolutely stay here again.
