For starters the room was dirty and cold the heater was not working and there was no blankets it was 17 degrees outside and I asked the person working if they had any blankets they only gave 2 even though I let her know the heater was not working.

Waited 25/30 minutes to check in because no one was in the office. Fridge wasn’t working and all food went bad. Heater wasn’t functioning properly. It would go from hot to cold and during the night it was freezing in the room. No extra blankets so had to sleep with jackets on

Dirty room, threadbare sheets, dirty threadbare towels, floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks? The heater/AC was literally touching the bed, 2 tiny beds in a very small room! Good shower though! And fyi the free coffee in the office in the morning tasted like leftover hot water-yuck!

Ya get what you paid for. Staff was rude, rooms were sketchy, the towels came with hair, and more. If you can pay alittle more to go absolutely anywhere I would take it. But hey I wanted the cheapest option and got the worse experience I think I could have happen.
