Pros: Not a 4 or 5 star type of hotel, but it’s a very nice 3 star place with a small, but full kitchen including a full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and stove top with pots, pans, etc. Also, BBQs to use around the complex. Clean and warm indoor swimming pool and hot jacuzzi. Helpful staff. On site washer and dryer (did not use) which maybe free or charged to your room. Location is next to Big Bear Lake. Nice bath towels, washing liquids, and decent pool towels. Free WiFi in the rooms (so so) and popcorn in the lobby. Cons: The parking lot could be a bit bigger and have more direct stairs from the parking lot to the front doors of the units. So even if u are parked in front of your unit, u have to walk around a long fence. The living room sofa beds are showing their age. The DirectTV in the rooms doesn’t have that many good channels.

Great for a short and economical stay! Would consider booking again. Pros: Convenient to downtown area and local groceries, has a kitchen, game room, plenty of parking, and great pricing. Cons: Old rooms and not upgraded. Seems these units are a mix of residential with timeshares. Didn’t provide daily room service.

Even though I requested an early check in, and called a few times to avert them of my early arrival the staff made me wait until exactly 5 pm to check in. Other guests were provided access early so I was not pleased and annoyed that I was forced to wait. Staff was not courteous.
