Our stay was generally really great-- the house was beautiful and the location absolutely stellar!
There were a few issues that bothered us considering the overall cost of the rental. First, we didn't really receive clear check-in instructions or a manual to the house, so we ended up having to ask the host a few questions. They were moderately responsive, but didn't seem to live locally and I was unsure whether there was an local property manager, as there were things that clearly needed to be replaced and repaired in the home.
The trash can outside was completely full and overflowing (with trash bags in the driveway) upon our arrival, so we spent two days requesting a special trash pickup that the host finally took care of. There were several overhead lightbulbs that were burnt out in the downstairs bedrooms, which was problematic because we had older family members staying there who needed the overhead lighting. The host just told us to look for them in the pantry and change them ourselves, but we couldn't find lightbulbs and gave up.
The bunk bed in the bunk room was incredibly rickety and unstable. We had a few handy guys in our group who had allen wrenches, so we took it upon ourselves to tighten it up and make it safer, but this is the kind of thing an owner or property manager should be on top of.
The kitchen also is completely bare-- no salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. Bring all your own cooking supplies!
