Everything was good up until we needed to get breakfast and they ran out of food. Clean room service was good. Just don’t depend on the brown bag place for breakfast cause it’s trash. The smoothies are good though

The room was mediocre for the price. I thought I was getting a balcony room with fireplace which I didn’t. I received a survey about a balcony room but that’s not what I received. The tv kept cutting off. I was told breakfast was included, but only received a $10 voucher towards breakfast. I won’t stay here again too little for $400.

The first room we were assigned had makeup on one of the pillowcases. Once we informed the front desk our room was changed immediately. The only downside was the breakfast at options. The restaurant the at the restaurant that offered the breakfast was very slow due to only one person working there. There was an option to purchase coffee and pastries in the lounge of the hotel. The service was excellent and the pastries were very good.

Location: There is easy access to different areas and the Metro is right next to the hotel for easy access to downtown D.C. Hotel: For such a huge hotel, it needs a mid level casual restaurant so customers don't have to go out if they want to. The parking ramp also needs better signage and arrows to lead drivers to the guest parking in P3. The lot is HUGE with so many twists and turns underground. It's ridiculous driving around down there. We circled several times before we got to the spaces outside the ballroom floor for access to the hotel. Staffing: The reception desk was very efficient but not overly friendly. They seemed more task oriented. The convenience store definitely needs better staffing. Only one guy was cooking and checking out customers in the morning and the line was at least 6 deep waiting for their orders. I finally gave up. Rooms: Very spacious and clean. However, the maintenance staff should report when the drains (tub) or sink are not working. It is hard to over look. We were standing in several inches of shower water. They also need to replenish all of the toiletries every day without being asked. Some better lighting would be helpful. It's so dark.

First of all, I did not get the room I booked, wanted a higher room with King Size bed. Felt disappointed. I had breakfast included in the package, I was just offered a voucher to go buy the food. They did not have any cafeteria / buffet for guesses? Another disappointment. Phone inside the room was little complicated and no one answers when you called. I don't recommend this place. This whole experience kinda mess up my day.

My stay at the Hyatt regency Bethesda was okay. The room was nice but there was no fan in the bathroom which created a muggy smell in the room and heavy humidity. The parking garage is $30 per night which I think is kinda ridiculous. The breakfast was good but it wasn’t completely free…a voucher was given by the front desk $10 per person but only enough for 1 breakfast. The incidental fee was $200 ($100/a night) that’s something needed to be informed prior to booking. The parking garage was hard to navigate there were so many different signs to do different things as in park and exit pointing in the same direction. There was also construction ongoing for a new restaurant to be opened in the spring which created loud noise through the entire hotel from 8:00am-5:00pm on a Saturday. Completely ridiculous. If there’s gonna be loud noise during my stay at least I could get a free breakfast each morning of my stay. Overall the inside of the hotel was nice and the staff were extremely friendly. There’s also a onsite Morton’s that I didn’t know of until I entered the hotel.
