Not the best, and even not the good one...

The property requires major renovations and cleaning crew didn't do a great job at all. All the furniture is very old and in bad condition. leaking roof, railing ready to fall, cobwebs everywhere. Great stay for Halloween only!

Cute little stay near Sunday River

Great cabin, beautiful view, reasonably priced for NYE weekend, and it wasn't too far from Sunday River! The only issue is we couldn't use hot water downstairs on the lowest level because the water smelled so bad, so we had to use the shower on the main level. Plus, the sauna wasn't working for us after following the instructions in the book. Aside from those two things, it was great!

Summer retreat

We all had a blast. We brought inflatable paddle boards and kayaks! So many turtles! It was very warm in the house as there is no air conditioning so I suggest not turning on the oven or stove to cook.

Amazing Goss Pond!

Wonderful home in a peaceful, gorgeous location. We were all looking for a place to disconnect from the world a recharge. 15 Goss Pond provided us the perfect place to do so. A fantastic home for adults and/or families alike. Hope to be able to enjoy the property again next year.

Everything was great!

Ice skates were a nice touch. The sauna door needs to be fixed and the ice leading out to the sauna sometimes freezes the door closed. Also, the outside patio with fire pit should be kept shoveled and available for use even in the winter. Other than that great stay, thank you for everything. We had a blast!

Great home

Awesome home for our friends weekend. Lots of space in the house, a nice full kitchen, and lots of beds for a large group. Hot tub was wonderful after skiing, however, after using the test strips right when we arrived we did have to add extra chemicals to shock it as it was reading low for chlorine and pH. Had to wait until night 2 to use it but was worth the wait!! Only 20 minutes to Sunday River, easy drive and room for multiple vehicles. Would recommend for an awesome ski weekend with a large group!

Beautiful!

There was 7 of us and everyone found something to do! We even made bread :) the hot tub was the hit for everyone & the Sauna & the canoe! There is a small grocery store about 10-15 minutes away and other gas stations around. There's also a hair dryer so no need to lug one around!

Amazing stay at Bethel

The property was wonderful, and our group had an amazing time. The lake in front of the house was beautiful, specially during the fall foliage. House was very spacious and we all enjoyed the hot tub and sauna! We would define stay here again

Very nice house

The house is nice, description in the listing is accurate. The location outside Bethel is great, just a short ride to get to town. The pond is ok for fishing for pickerel, we didn’t find anything else there. Not suitable for swimming. The hot tub was a big hit and the yard was nice. Kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. Overall, a very good experience.

Great spring skiing trip

We loved our stay at Goss pond. The house was wonderful, having all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, being an easy drive to Sunday River and Bethel. The kitchen provided us with everything we needed for wonderful meals. Plus, relaxing in the hot tub and by the fire made each evening perfect. Plus the property manager was attentive and efficient. I would recommend to anyone looking for an active vacation!

Perfect for a family trip!

We stayed here for 2 nights and skied at Sunday River. The mountain was an easy drive, about 20 minutes away. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and had more sleeping space than we anticipated. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing and had beautiful views of the pond. The house is equipped with lots of games and books, no one was bored. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking to get away for a ski weekend.
