First the condo we rented wasn't very clean or well stocked as advertized. The Wi-Fi never worked & I never did figure out how the linen service I paid for worked. In all the multiple, confusing, & sometimes contradicting instructions & rules from the owners, the rental company, & Sea Colony, couldn't find any info on how to get fresh towels. Also spent the first night without bed sheets for the pullout sofa (Which had dried Mac n cheese in it). The bed in the master bedroom was extremely broken down & uncomfortable. I'm a very easy going person & it takes a lot for me to complain. But after paying the high rental fee, linen fee, recreation fee, & booking fee, in the end I just felt taken.
