"We enjoyed the view from our oceanfront balcony room, and the room itself was very spacious. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and we woke up sore and stiff every morning. We also wish the indoor pool had been heated, as it was very cold and basically unusable during our stay. Additionally, it would have been helpful to know there was a convention taking place at the hotel, as we likely would have chosen a different time to visit."
