We’ll Be Back!

The house is very pretty, nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. I did the white glove test!’ There are a few things that need to be addressed:There are no mirrors! Could use over the door mirrors in each bedroom. Need wastebaskets in bedrooms. Wastebaskets in bathrooms need replacing-they are rusty and unattractive. Need privacy shade on back door to the pool. Shower curtain is discolored a needs replacing. Replace tan couch-it’s unattractive. Other than these minor issues, everyone enjoyed their stay. It was ideally located to the wedding venue and the neighborhood was very nice! We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location and large house well stocked

We had a great stay here and while we were here for thanksgiving so we didnt use the pool we really enjoyed the house and outdoor areas. The weather was fantastic so we still sat outside. Loved that we could bike from the house to coler trails and the house had lots of space. It was just 4 of us, but we like having our own rooms for sleep. Beds comfortable, great water pressure, kitchen could use some bigger coffee mugs and some wine glasses, but that was all i could recommend. Great stay!

Great House, Clean and Up the street from Coler!! (And Pool!)

We visited The Betty over Labour Day for an end of summer MTB getaway with our fam of 5 and brother's fam of 3. Plenty of space to spread out and we spent lots of time in the pool, which was great. Check in directions were clear and concise, and everything worked as it should! House was very clean and comfortable, and plenty of cold air and hot water, even for 8 people! Beds and Pillows were comfy! Garage was great to store 10 bikes and work on them. Just up the hill from Coler, and downtown was close enough!! I would still rate a 5/5, but house could use a bit more supplies, especially TP (enough for 8) and more towels. We did use the washer, but it could use some service work as it didn't spin out all the way. In all though, I would book it again!

Location, location, location!

This property was close to everything! We booked to have pool access while visiting and loved the pool although the pool furniture needs to be updated and the yard needed to be mowed. We mentioned the yard situation when we checked in Friday but had no further communication or resolution until the night before check out when we had another issue. Management was not very responsive. The house was great and spacious with comfy beds …. But no place for all of us to eat a meal. The tables for 4 are in separate rooms. This property has a ton of potential with a few tweaks!

Great Home!

This home was beautiful, spacious, and a great home close to my family. There was plenty of room for my family of 5 and my mom who traveled with us. The rooms were just as described and great sleeping space for everyone. There was a lot of space inside and outside for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and that made it easier to cook while we stayed there. We enjoyed our time in this home and would recommend it to any families traveling to Bentonville.

Quick Birthday Trip

The house was as advertised. There were a few things that would have been nice to have while staying there, like kitchen towels (not just paper towels) and a table big enough for more than 4 people to eat at. The outdoor space was nice and we enjoyed it. The house had laundry soap which was nice. It also had most everything you would need in a kitchen.

Beautiful home

We chose this stay based on it having a pool and a king size bed. The pool was lovely, but the bed could have been more comfortable. Overall, it was definitely one of the better vacation rentals we have stayed in. It is in a great location and check in and check out is simple. It was very clean and I love the decor. The only other complaints is that getting hot water in the master shower was difficult and the back patio around the pool definitely needs to be weeded. Other than that, great stay!
