Breakfast was the best part of our stay. The room wasn't particularly clean, there was a sharp screw just laying on the carpet that I found with my foot in the middle of the night. Dated buildings, just seemed overall run-down. Not at all like the pictures.

I have stayed here several times several years ago & they stays were excellent. I wanted to splurge & bring my 80 yr old mom here as a treat. I was appalled at the room we were put in. We had to go down past the fountain with a full trolley & then go out a door & then go back in to the building. There was no elegance that i had described to my mom. The ac in our room wouldnt cool properly & the remote was very hard for my mom to operate. I was so embarrassed & felt like a 2nd rate citizen. My poor mom didnt understand why we didnt get to go up the elevators by the front desk like i am use to.
