The room door didn’t close properly I had to put the chair behind it to feel safe, no safety latch on the door, faulty stovetop and roaches were everywhere even around the bed and in it so I barely slept due to being nervous of roaches crawling on me…sheets had stains as well…luckily I brought my own blankets and pillows…I will not recommend staying here…they even told me it wasn’t another room I could be put in…I would rather sleep in a car than to sleep here 0/10 wouldn’t recommend!!!

Entry door scraps the floor and makes a loud noise it's irritating. Volume on remote control doesn't work have to get up and do it manually. Tireing .👎

This hotel closes at 11pm, so they called me shortly after i made the reservation, about 5 minutes before 11 to inform me they wanted to cancel. He was very annoyed that i asked him to for 3 minutes because we were about to pull in.

The mattress was super soft. It made it impossible to get a well rest even with 7+ hrs of sleep. The kitchen had lots of storage, fullsize fridge. The cooktop has only 2 small close to eachother cooking spots. Nice location, place is quiet, and shoping and restaurants in close distance

Do better Studio 6

Advertised as kitchenettes, but there’s no dishes when I asked the front desk clerk why he said it was because of Covid. I went and bought a few groceries so I had to go get plates, bowls, and glasses for drinks because there was none. The kitchen lights did not work. The lights above the bed did not work. There was no working coffee pot in the room and my room flooded. I woke up to an inch water everywhere I went to the front desk to let them know and all she said was here put these towels down. I’ll get maintenance maintenance never showed up when I got back from work the next evening, the towels were still there and had anyone come in my room to check on anything.

The bathroom had black mold and the shower handle fell off in my hand and had black mold behind it . The sugar and spoon packet they had for your coffee had mold in it . There was no wash cloths and the ones they brought us looked they used them for grease rags to work on their car . The coffee pot was broke and the one they brought to replace it was also broke . The last few times we have went through Expedia the motels have been horrible dirty .
