My friends and I stayed here for three nights in April for the Sherwood Forest Renaissance Faire. The location is off the beaten path for sure, so be careful driving at night for critters and sharp turns. That said, privacy and proximity to the Ren Faire was what we were looking for and received. The hosts were very responsive and had already provided basically anything we could have needed. Beds were comfortable. Water was hot. Cleaning materials were on hand, etc.
Some notes: If you use the hot tub, have bug spray handy due to mosquitos.
Some of the roads in the area are a bit rough, so I don't suggest coming out in a small/low to the ground car. We drove a Maverick and had no issues
