The rooms are clean, and well-appointed. They are a little dark but that has to do with style of building. Close to metro (within a block), plenty of dining options and safe. Staff is friendly and available when needed.

The place was immaculate, spacious, and in a great location. Staff at check-in were all very sweet and attentive. The only issue we had was that after the staff left on our last night, which was a weekend night, there was a party in the room next to ours. Blasting music, loud voices, elevator gate slamming open and shut all night. We had an early flight and didn't get a minute of sleep. When we woke up, the elevator wasn't working and we had to carry our luggage down multiple flights of steps.

The location was excellent. We took the city bus from the airport and made a quick walk to the hotel. It was very clean and our family of 6 was very comfortable. The ability to do laundry was an excellent feature. We walked to very major attraction from the hotel.

Problem with the hot water. A power outage or surge killed the control for the room’s water heater. A reset did not work and the water heater had to be entirely replaced. Not their fault but the cold showers were annoying, especially at the price we were paying.

Location was perfect! Close to the metro, everything I wanted to see was about 10-15 minutes away. Surrounded by shops and restaurants but it was very quiet at night. Nice, clean little apartment. Kitchen had lots of supplies except no baking pan, not a problem. Great having a washing machine and terrace which overlooked other terraces and patios. Friendly staff, would definitely stay there again.

There was hair on the beddings, not sure if it’s clean or not and there was a cockroach inside the unit. The floor is clean, bathroom is small, reception closed at 5pm and I was running out of toilet paper. I understand there is no room cleaning but since I used a towel for the beach, I asked the front desk for a new one and the lady said no. There will be extra charge for the clean towels. Most likely won’t come back to this apartment again. Thanks Katerina for the early check in, appreciate it very much.

We had a beautiful apartment in a great location. The metro was on the corner, there was a supermarket two doors away and a couple of bar/cafes very nearby. The only drawback was there there is not a single draw in the bedroom. Plenty of hanging space in the large closets not no drawers. We had a great stay in a beautiful apartment

Good: 1) Location is good 2) Apartment size 3) Shower water temp and pressure is excellent 4) Air conditioning is very cold and works great Bad: 1) Elevator is TINY. Also if cleaning crew is using it you will have to wait a long time to use it. Terrible. 2) Washer & dryer in apartment is terrible. 4 hours+ per load and does not dry the clothes at all. 3) Did not want to give us extra towels when we asked the front desk 4) Did not care we couldnt use the elevator to get to our apartment because cleaning crew was hogging it for 10 minutes+

Enjoyed our Stay! Pros: Right by the metro Felt safe Lots of restaurants, Farmacia, supermercats. Friendly staff Has an elevator Spacious Clean Large kitchen with plates/cups/ etc. they even start you off with a few towels, dishsoap and a sponge. Washing machine and large drying rack Decent sized bathroom with heated towel racks GREAT hot shower (water pressure is fantastic! I honestly would stay here just for the shower alone) WiFi is good Cons (for me): Hard mattresses Noise from the street was kinda loud (bring earplugs). We placed this booking specifically because the listing had a dryer—-unfortunately, the dryer does not dry anything—even putting in 1 or 2 pieces of clothing at a time (I did look up the manual online and was using it correctly). We just hung our clothes instead. Not a huge deal.

we had a terrible sewer smell in our 1st room floor. there was some gap opening that was not sealed on the floor under pull out couch that the sewer smell was coming from. it was so bad we went to local store and bought some plastic tape and taped the opening shut which solved the issue. before that it was making my kids sick from smell. the property should address this . other than that it was ok. they did make an effort to come and clean when i complained about the smell but they did not actually solve the issue. other than that the bed was comfortable and bathroom nice. the windows really did provide a lot of coverage on first floor though.. kind of felt like people could see in the bathroom from outside which was weird. the street was noisy although it was during semana santa so that was kind of expected.
