Olimme tässä apartmentissa viisi yötä heinäkuun loppupuolella nelivuotiaan poikani kanssa. Minulle oli tärkeää varata majoitus, jossa on parveke, ja tässä asunnossa oli sen lisäksi vielä oma kattoterassi. Se oli todella mukava bonus, ja sieltä avautuivat hienot näkymät ympäröivään kaupunkiin. Parveke oli sisäpihan puolella, ja siellä sijaitsi myös pyykinpesukone, mikä oli erittäin kätevää. Majoituksen aikana pyysin majoittajaa auttamaan muutamassa asiassa, ja kaikki hoitui todella nopeasti ja sujuvasti. Erityiskiitos siitä. Yhteydenpito oli erinomaista, ja apua sai nopeasti, jos tuli kysyttävää tai jokin ongelma. Sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen tapahtuivat täysin etänä, mikä teki niistä todella helppoja. Meidän asuntomme sijaitsi viidennessä kerroksessa, eikä talossa ollut hissiä. Se ei haitannut meitä lainkaan, mutta haluan mainita sen tiedoksi, sillä joillekin se voi olla tärkeä asia. Sijainti Barcelonan päärantaan nähden on melko kaukana. Sinne pääsee kuitenkin helposti metrolla ja bussilla noin 30–40 minuutissa. Ainoa pieni miinus liittyi kuumuuteen, mutta se riippuu täysin vuodenajasta. Vierailumme aikana Barcelonassa oli todella kuuma. Asunnossa oli siirrettävä ilmastointilaite, joka viilensi hyvin sen läheisyydessä, mutta ei jaksanut viilentää koko asuntoa tehokkaasti. Meillä se oli käytännössä päällä viisi vuorokautta yhtäjaksoisesti, mutta ulkoa kuumuudesta palatessa sisälämpötila tuntui silti melko lämpimältä. Toki se oli heinäkuu, ei kesäkaudella on täydellistä

Wir wurden 14 Tage vor Abflug informiert, dass unser Appartement storniert wurde. Alternativ wurde uns ein anderes Appartement von AinB Appartements angeboten. Das war ok für uns. Dieses Appartement war von der Sauberkeit relativ in Ordnung, allerdings wirklich in einem sehr sehr abgewohnten renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Die Klotür war absolut nicht zu schließen (10cm mussten offen bleiben da sie völlig aufgequollen und verzogen war), was sehr unangenehm für uns war. Der Türrahmen war völlig kaputt und kam uns entgegen. Die Chromgriffe an der Dusche blättern komplett ab, man schneidet sich fast daran. Das Sofa war massiv durchgesessen. Lüften war schwierig, weil die Fenster zum Teil zum Innenhof waren und es überall nach Essen der Nachbarn gestunken hat. Alles in allem absolut das Geld nicht wert!
