Bienvenido a The Big Jacuzzi !!! Estamos orgullosos de ofrecerle el lugar perfecto para su pr��xima escapada. Una vez que vea las espectaculares vistas y los hermosos muebles nuevos, nunca querr��� irse.

Estamos ubicados en Echota en la cresta. Esta comunidad cerrada está situada en 97 acres con nuestra elevación de 4200 pies. Desde nuestro balcón recién ampliado, disfrutará de hermosas vistas de Grandfather Mountain. Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk y Blue Ridge Parkway están a solo minutos de distancia. Senderismo, esquí, snow tubing y pesca también están cerca.

Nuestra casa tiene estacionamiento para dos vehículos y usted camina directamente desde su automóvil hasta la puerta principal. Está bellamente amueblado con todas las comodidades del hogar. Amazing property!!!!

When you walked in it was clean and inviting. The views and decorations made you feel at home. It had everything we needed. Only 35 minutes to Beech was perfect. The hot tub was huge and such a treat. Will stay at again!

Great location, hot tub was a winner

Great cabin in a wonderful location. We loved the huge hot tub at the house as well as the indoor pool on the property. The house itself was spacious and had plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. We noticed a small amount of dog hair, and one chair and an outdoor table were broken. Other than that, the property was perfect.

Great space

I’ll start with the space and layout is great! We had multiple families and never felt on top of each other. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the lack of cleaning. The amount of ants, bugs, dust, dirty rugs, and even hair was enough to make us clean some areas before we could relax. That is not what you want on vacation. The location was fine, but beware in the summer with all the lush green trees you have no views.

Awesome Getaway in the Mountains!

We spent a long weekend at the townhouse and had a wonderful time!! The house was in a great location, and perfect for 2 families with kids! We enjoyed the hot tub all weekend and played many of the games in the living room cabinet! The house was exactly as advertised! We plan to book another visit this summer!

Disappointing Experience

First and foremost, we love Echota on the Ridge. The resort and property location are amazing, and we visit there annually. Generally properties in the resort are amazing, and we pay a premium price with that expectation in mind. However, that was not the case here, which was so disappointing as we were celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary. It was their first experience with Echota, and unfortunately will be their last. I will not say the same, but I will not choose here again. So the review: First the good - the townhome was filled with adequate furniture and bedding for 9 people. Decorations were nice. The view is good through the window of the living area, but from the porch the views of the mountains were definitely obstructed by trees due to the location of the property a bit down the mountain. There are many many other townhomes with SPECTACULAR views of the valley. With the leaf color change in near peak season, it was a bit of a letdown to pull up to this place after passing all of the others on the peak of the mountain. The "big Jacuzzi" is that for sure - big and nice for up to 6 adults to utilize with room to spare. Now the bad - the home is in dire need of an update for ALL appliances. The washer and dryer barely work, the refrigerator is adequate but has broken pieces including the water/ice dispenser. The oven and microwave need updating as heating elements were sub-par for dinner for 9. Most of all the dishwasher must be replaced as multiple portions are broken and do NOT clean dishes, which was apparent by the "clean" ones in the cabinet when we arrived. The hot water heater could not adequately supply enough hot water for the 4 bathrooms, and multiple evenings guests took cold showers. The propane tank for the gas grill was bone dry, and we had to wait nearly 36 hours to get a replacement from the management company. We left fruit and bread on the counter the first night, and realized that was a mistake as ants came in from behind the sink. All of the bed linens should be updated, and the extra pillows need pillowcases. In general, the home is dated and in need of an update to equate the value with the premium price paid. I don't place review solely on the owner. Whomever has been cleaning and maintaining the property bears responsibility as well. These issues should have been obvious to cleaners, maintenance workers and property managers. They should be shared with the owner for action.

Girls Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this property. There was plenty of room for our party, beautiful decor, and a lovely community. We truly enjoyed all the views and our time together. I would recommend this VRBO.

Beautiful property

The property was extraordinarily clean and well furnished. had a few minor issues with slow running sinks, and low water pressure, but not serious enough for me to change our rating. While Echota was a pretty development, it's location is a good distance from area amenities/attractions and this October weekend the Blowing Rock/Boone/Banner Elk area was packed with tourists. We spent far too much time in the car driving to restaurants, attractions etc. Next time I visit the area I will chose a rental more centrally located.

Great views and clean and well furnished town-home...

Beautiful town-home with great views. Clean and well furnished. My only concern is that they advertised no pets but the owners definitely brings their dog/dogs (with dog door, leash at front door, etc). My 6 year old has very strong dog allergies and I would not have booked this unit if I had known. In our case, my son did not have any issues and the unit was very clean. It might have been an issue if the owners had stayed there right before us, but for this trip it was not an issue and the unit was beautiful and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful condo!

We had a great time here. Plenty of space, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen with all you need and more, and a great game closet for the kids! Felt like a luxury to stay here with all the comforts of home. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the deck too! Thank you for taking such great care of it!

Excellent choice for 2 families

We had an amazing time at this house. It felt like home. Everything on the house was top quality. Pottery barn everything even the dinner set pieces and mugs. Everything worked pretty well. The only minor issue we had was with the water heater, the showers only had warm/ hot water for 3 people and we were 10 so we kind of had to leave with that.
