This room is severally out dated. The ceiling in the bathroom looks like it is going to fall in on you. There is mold in the carpet near the dishwasher. The couch smells. The sliding door trim is falling off. It allows cold air to pour in. The cleanliness of the room was awful. They did come clean it when I called them. Overall I would never stay in this room again.

Good location within walking distance to Sugar Mountain. Plenty of heaters to keep you warm and the gas fireplace is a nice touch. Cozy little place that has all the essentials of what you would need for a ski trip. Only 4 stars because I didn't receive the lockbox code for the keys before we checked in.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. We had a couple of issues that were resolved by the host in a timely manner. It is a ground floor apartment, which means you have to climb up the main stairs and then take the stairs down to the appartment entry door. The main bedroom bed was really comfortable, the pull out couch is quite outdate and mattress is thin, but we made it work for our kids. In the living room area only 1 radiator was working, but the one in the bathroom worked well. So as long as the door to the bathroom stayed open overnight the temperature in the apartment was stable. It is walkable distance to the skiing base, which was convenient.

Perfect size for the two of us. Great view from the porch! Great location for exploring waterfalls, etc in the area. I overlooked that it does not have air conditioning (only floor heating), but the weather was perfect when we went, so an open window and fan were all we needed. Take note that the on switch for the dish washer might be hidden behind the coffee maker- it took us a bit to figure that out as no instructions were given. Cozy place for a couple for the weekend!
