Breathtaking Views

The photos do not do the property justice - it is stunning, with a picturesque sunset. Tucked away in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood it was the perfect place for our trip.

5-Star Home with Fabulous Views!

Our family of four stayed for a long ski weekend and would go back in a heartbeat! The home is new, tastefully decorated, great open floor plan, 10 minutes from Sugar Mountain skiing, and with stunning views.

This house has a lot to offer. It’s decorated well and the kitchen was clean, nice appliances, and well maintained. The reason I have to take off 2 stars has everything to do with whoever manages the property. The listing is COMPLETELY misleading. It explicitly advertised parking in the garage, which was a huge attraction for me. There is no garage parking. Secondly, I reached out to the rental company via their preferred method of contact (text message) several times during their listed business hours and they never once responded to me. Even if somehow they missed the messages as they left work early, they should have apologized for the lack of customer service on Monday. I wouldn’t pay this price and expect such poor service and false advertising.

Brand new

One of the cleanest and newest cabin I have ever seen. All the furniture and kitchen equipment are brand new. The view was fantastic. We spent couple of hours outside by the fire place every day. They turned the garage to a game room with a ping pong tables, video games, board games and etc. If you have kids, they wont leave the game room. I wish the cabin has a hot tub. That would have been awesome.

Beautiful but beware

This home is beautiful, but beware if it is cold outside. The Master bedroom and bath were freezing. There was no raidant heat in the bathroom floors or a heater to compensate for the freezing master bathroom. The problem was reported immediately and we were told to close all the other heat vents, but the Master wing of the house was still cold. There was only enough hot water for one person to take a shower. It is located up a narrow road and quite a distance from the ski area.

Great House, needs some small attention. We would still return.

This is great property. GPS stops about 2 mins from the house so locating if unfamiliar with area could be small issue. Otherwise non factor. House was gorgeous with wonderful views. We had three couples and three kids under 5. The living space is huge and welcoming. Easy to let the kids sit in the floor and adults enjoy the fire. The only downsides of this house are there following. 1)Water pressure is super super low. Making showers/bath time for kids and dishwashing somewhat challenging. 2) many outlets i master did not work. Making phone charging, kids noise machines, and other accessories tough to charge and use. 3) The beds and bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. I think some upgrades in pillows and mattress toppers could help. We stayed during and extremely cold snowy weekend which was exactly what we wanted and expected but found one last issue. 3)The master suite is freezing and the heating blankets do not work. Not a huge issue for just adults, but we had our 1 yr old sleeping in a pack and play and he did not sleep well both nights. Luckily we had a small heating pad we would place under his sleep are to provide more warmth. Both nights we did not sleep because he kept waking up hourly cold and ending up sleeping in the bad with us. THe HVAC could due for some maintenance since we adjusted the heat and expected the master to warm, it only made our other guests super super hot at night and didn’t warm up the master at all. It’s about 10-15 degrees cooler than the rest of the house. This property is not a budget property, so these small HVAC issues and electrical issue would go a long way for making this property continue to be a rental star. All and all, we enjoyed the house. It’s super welcoming and spacious. Great set up for adult guests, great play room in garage, loved the fire. We will likely return but hope the HVAC and small electrical issues can be adjusted.
