Staff was great! I have been coming for years and the hotel is becoming a bit rundown. While there the bidet kept leaking and we blew the outlet by the sink. Big pop and black smoke. Carpet in general needs to be replaced. Has a musky smell. Otherwise, great location and again, great staff.

Avoid at all costs—deafening noise and poor service I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this was easily my worst experience. Despite the "close to Nana Station" claim, it’s a 15-minute walk, and their free shuttle service conveniently ends at 9 PM. The biggest issue is the noise; half the rooms face a nightclub that blasts music until 2 AM. Even worse was the management’s attitude. After a sleepless first night, I requested a quiet room for my second stay. They claimed to be "full house" while checking in other guests right in front of me—I strongly suspect Expedia bookings are treated as a lower priority. It took an exhausting amount of negotiation to finally get a room where I could sleep. This ordeal ruined my holiday mood. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Used to be a decent hotel years back. Seems it changed ownership, and cut costs across the board. Indian breakfast gave us food poisoning both days, and constant staring at what we put on our plates was very uncomfortable. We didn't go back to the restaurant after that. Wont be returning again. What a shame!
