Gorgeous view! Not too far from downtown Banff, but it’s perfect as it’s not close to the touristy area. Free buss pas and just a great little spot. We will be back with our kids!

Amazing pool/hot tub winter experience. Staff was awesome. Rooms were a little dated and lower level rooms have basement-like windows, which we did not expect.. don't expect nice views from your room. But generally, amazing experience. We will be back!

Pool area was spectacular with beautiful views. Loved the condo type room. Location is peaceful and quiet, away from the huddle of downtown. The bus stop is steps from the property so easy to get around. There is no air conditioning, not a big deal as it cooled down in the evening but may be an issue in the summer. Would stay at the property again!

Great place to stay. Parking was a nightmare. And one of the bases of our beds was broken. The hotel tried to wire the metal frame and well this didn’t work for when we went to sleep on it. people pay enough it should be brand new and fixed immediately. Railing bar on upper floor broken too. Other wise quiet. Great pools great views and location. Would stay again but would inspect the room prior.

We had a great stay, however I wanna mention that washroom faucet needs to change as what they said it needs a trick to open, also door access card is very sensitive that when you keep it close to cellphone & cards, it won't work & need get new one at the front desk.

Our room was extremely dirty. It appeared as though it hadn't been painted in decades, with walls and ceilings stained by soot and smoke. Out of all the places we've visited across Alberta, BC, and the Caribbean, this was by far the worst in terms of condition. The resort staff should show greater pride in maintaining the cleanliness and overall state of the suites. The resort itself was nice and shows potential, but that offered little comfort given the poor condition of the suite. We will not be returning to Hidden Ridge Resort as a result.
