Worst experience by far, the front desk person makes Kasandra look bad. I made a reservation upon arrival was told the room I asked for was unavailable, then told no rooms upstairs were available. I came back to ask again about a new room and was told they were reserved in which I had reserved one, then told they were not clean at the time I came in in which was check in time, then looked dumbfounded when I asked for management

These are not suites, just regular rooms. TV has 12 digital antenna channels, that is all, no cable. Ice machine is non- functional. No housekeeping although advertised as daily. Hotel will not pay to clean ice off sidewalks nor put down salt, so they tape the sidewalks off from use.

My light came on, then started blinking, and went out. I didn't worry about it because I was tired and figured I could use the nightstand lamp to charge my phone as well. That light started blinking, went out, and I was unable to charge my phone by the bed. I called the operator and was told to click it on and off, and hung up. No, he didn't dismiss me. The shower water was somewhat cold, so I couldn't even enjoy my shower in the morning. It was somewhere quick to go for the night because I was only staying until morning, and I checked in about 8 pm. I wouldn'd stay there ever again.
