At my arrival way before check in time the front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful getting me a room as soon as possible. The room was clean and comfortable. But I suspect the room (which overlooked an alley) i was available early because it may not be used regularly - there was no hair dryer, no coffee machine and no cups (though there were cup lids and coffee condiments). And then this morning I was awakened before 6 by trash dumpsters being emptied.

Clean room and an extremely comfortable bed! Staff were friendly but some need more guidance. I called ahead to ask about dropping my bag off before my room was ready, I was told there was a locked baggage closet. When I got there the person at the desk didn’t know about such. She put a post it note with my name on my suitcase and placed it in back office…very visible. Then when I pushed the wake up call button on the phone, front desk didn’t seem to know what to do. Said “I’ll leave a note for the next person .” I did not receive a wake up call!

The room was clean however the management was terrible! My girlfriend and I were threatened to be kicked out over a false complaint that had nothing to do with us. The manager came to our room very rude and wrong when it was clearly the room with teens right next door. We kindly told the manager this and he stated he stood outside our room and heard me chuckle because we were watching a movie. The teens were loud and running the halls all night . When we complained nothing happened. This experience was terrible

The hotel was perfect for my short stay in Baltimore. Close to everything, with public transportation steps away. It was clean, accessible, and had a nice new restaurant in the lobby. The staff. The number one reason we choose to stay there every year is for the staff. Every time there are different people but they are ALWAYS the best staff. Front desk girls were amazing. Jackie and the girl who worked today 2/1/2026 wearing the cute fur coat. They both should get big shout outs. THEIR HOSPITALITY WAS SOOOOO OVER THE TOP!! I will tell you we had very cold showers.
