Awful Experience with Front Desk Manager

Very poor experience. Front Desk Manager was rude, inappropriate, unprofessional and a liar. She refused to check me in and told me to get out. The Manager was called and apologized for the rogue employee and 50% comped my room. It is sad that she is retained and ruins the experience of guests.

My wife and I truly enjoyed soaking in their indoor hot tub after a long day of activities. The room was wonderful, they had a mattress that I wish I had at home. We enjoyed our time at this hotel.

Be weary of late night staff checking in. It took a while for them to unlock the door to let me in and then weren’t the most friendly. Outside of that, wonderful stay. Clean rooms. Friendly (day) staff. Be aware. Breakfast not included. You have to pay.
