Con una ubicación única para unas vacaciones activas en esta exclusiva isla de la barrera de Carolina del Norte, "Park Place" se encuentra a pasos del Commons Park, a 3 minutos a pie de la fabulosa East Beach y a 5 minutos a pie de un baño o una cena en el elegante Club de los bajíos.

La casa, ideal para unas vacaciones de dos familias, está bajo un nuevo propietario y ha sido completamente redecorada en 2018, con ropa de cama y muebles nuevos. El plan de piso inverso cuenta con un porche cubierto en el segundo piso para aprovechar las vistas del parque adyacente y los sonidos del océano cercano.

El segundo piso abierto también incluye una gran sala, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada, ½ baño y una sala de literas (dos literas dobles). En la planta baja, hay un dormitorio principal (king) y dos dormitorios adicionales (queen), todos con baño privado y Smart TV.

Un crofter separado cuenta con un dormitorio (doble), una mini cocina, un sofá cama, Smart TV y un baño completo, todos ubicados sobre un garaje para carros, que alberga carritos de golf de 4 y 6 asientos (ambos con contrato de mantenimiento, para garantizar un transporte fiable y sin problemas por la isla), así como bicicletas, sillas de playa y juguetes de playa. Entre la casa y la sala hay un patio con parrilla de carbón y un espacio informal al aire libre.

We loved the property and the location across the street from the park. We enjoyed morning coffee on the large front porch. We were also able to walk to Shoal’s club which was a nice bonus!

Wonderful property - great for large families

Island is pretty quiet in early May and we had a great time celebrating with family. Would highly recommend this property and Sharon was very responsive.

Great family house

Excellent home near the beach! Kitchen has what you need and more. The home is clean and beds are comfortable. Bikes are in good shape, golf carts are fast, lots of beach toys and chairs. The owners clearly take care to ensure this property is in great shape for themselves and their renters. The owner is highly responsive and very helpful.

Perfect!

Park Place is perfectly located within easy walking distance of East Beach and Mikes Bites. Two of our favorites on the island. We would recommend to any family group looking for a relaxing time away. We love it!

Perfect place to stay

We were very happy with this house. The location is great and the house was very clean and comfortable. The photos don’t do it justice. We were really happy with how well equipped the house and kitchen were and the two six seater golf carts worked great. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving at Bald Head Island

The house was beautiful. It was well stocked and organized. Plenty of room for our family. The porches and outdoor living spaces were very nice. It was one of the best locations we have stayed at. So convenient to everything we needed. The host was excellent to communicate with. Great experience!!!

Wonderful house and great location!

My husband and I brought out 4 kids and my mother-in-law to stay here for spring break! We absolutely loved the location and the house. It was fun to be close to the park and East Beach. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back!

Multiple families

The property fit our families well! The location was great — across the street from the park and a short drive/walk to the beach. We cooked most nights and the kitchen was well stocked with nice plates, platters, etc., which was a nice bonus. The property owner was excellent with communication while we were there. Thank you!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This was a wonderful house to stay in for a week at BHI. The home looks exactly as it shows on VRBO. The kitchen was well stocked for all of our family meals. We had 9 people staying and had plenty of room for everyone! Sharon the owner was very helpful and always answered my questions quickly.

Amazing stay with the family at Park Place!

Just returned from a great week with the family at BHI - Park Place (31st visit to BHI). The ferry to the island was a little challenging due to Covid limitations but once we settled into the house all the stress disappeared. The house was very clean and well appointed (including a coffee grinder). Location was perfect for East beach and Shoals club access. Great week with the family . Looking forward to future visits.

Classic Bald Head House

Just as the title states. Very nice place with the classic bald head feel, nestled in a bunch of palms and natural brush. Front porch is perfect for watching kids play in the green space across the street. Plenty of room and comfortable. 2 6-seat golf carts that are in good condition. Lots of chairs and beach toys for kids and the beach is a 1 minute ride away.

Great house and location

House is very clean and roomy. We had eight people and a baby. Plenty of space for everyone. The outside of the house and the porch furniture needs cleaning. Golf carts could be updated. We had great communication with the property manager. (there was a hurricane during our stay). Overall a great place to stay
