Solicitud de respeto a situaciones de cambio y o c

No puedo opinar nada del hotel dado que no se ocupo la reservacion. La plataforma regularmente ayuda y los hoteles permiten cambiar o cancelar reservas, y el hotel en cuestión por políticas que no se ven en la plataforma no permitió hacer cambios de fecha, solicitaría respetuosamente lo consideren pertinente, dado que por salud y cuidados extremos no fue posible. Lo normal es perder la reservacion, pero en este tipo de servicios seria oportuno haya flexibilidad para atender con humanismo a quien reserva. Yo solo tramite cambio de fecha, y nunca hubo respuesta ni para bien ni para mal. Solicitarianque el hotel sean mas atentos a las necesidades del usuario.
