This home is not a 4 bedroom home. VRBO reports that they do not have to list bedrooms per se, only the space that accommodates sleeping. We purchased this home because it was listed as a 4 bedroom home and it was close to the volleyball tournament location. We did have 4 teenage girls that accompanied the stay and two of them were supposed to be in the 4th room. The sun room or 4th room has no privacy for young teenage girls and it was not accommodating. It was too late to change homes as three families were all heading there that night for a volleyball event.

I stayed here for a week and had a lovely experience. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house was clean and had pretty much everything I needed during my stay. Communication was thorough and I contacted the host with a question while getting settled in which was quickly handled. Very accommodating hosts! Highly recommend!

While the host is attentive and responsive - the stay was not good and missed our expectations.First off, this is NOT a 4BR: advertising the sunroom as a 4th bedroom with a double bed is completely false. The futon is a twin/single and the enclosed sunroom is not a bedroom - there is no privacy due to the inside windows and no closet/dresser. It barely meets the definition of a "room" much less a bedroom.Secondly, things were in a general state of disrepair:- Things generally feel dirty and not well maintained - random stains on chairs, on the fold out bed, on sheets, the hallway bathroom has marks all over the countertop. There are visible dust balls and hair hanging from the window in one of the bedrooms.- There were a ton of leaves in the front yard, so much so when a storm came in it completely covered the walkway.- A list of items in disrepair: from a smoke detector hanging by wires to door hinges missing screws, to mismatched beds and bedframes - there's a long list of things that made this place feel pretty run down.All in all, it barely met our needs and not at all what we expected from the listing.

Quiet, cozy weekend getaway spot

Nice property on quiet street. Nice backyard. Comfy beds. I do recommend reading properly description in full. I didn’t realize one of the “beds” was in the sunroom. Overall very pleased. Clean. Nice big family room.

December escape

It was centrally located. We were supposed to have a balloon ride, it was canceled due to too much wind. We went Wimberley instead. The house was charming and had plenty of room for 5 women. Management was only an email away. I wish that I had had more time. I would've used the cowboy hot tub. The only draw back was the yard person came at 7:30am.
