Everything was great. House was clean and spacious. Communication was top notch. I would only recommend a barbeque for the back yard, would really complete the rental. But that takes nothing away from our great experience. Thanks again for being great hosts.Cheers,Martin

Great House

Everything we needed was at this house. It was clean and comfy. Our only problem was the key code getting in, we had to call because the code did not work. We were able to reach someone and get it all resolved.

I will preface this by saying I did get a partial refund for my stay but it took me fighting on the phone for multiple hours a day to get. I have spoken with the property management about these issues and they state my time stamped pictures and description of the property are not accurate but they clearly don’t know clean. Issues (with pictures) were: extremely unclean floors (socks were black on the bottom), leftover dirty dishes from previous visitor, yard isn’t maintained like pictures show, cockroaches on the counters, broken/open windows that allows bugs in, overall dirty and dingy vibe.
Outside setting wasn’t set up
Outside seating pillows not maintained
Broken window (2 other spots like this)
Unsure what this but it was in a guest closet

Relaxing getaway close to neighborhood Park

We really enjoyed my stay here! Home was thoughtfully decorated with a soothing rustic modern decor. Cooking was easy in the large kitchen. The large master bedroom with fireplace was very inviting! All three bedrooms had luxurious bedding. We used both the fireplace and fire pit on cool nights. Everything was in good working order and exceeded our expectations. I especially loved the attentiveness of the property management. The ladies gave timely updates and accurate correspondence; very easy to work with! All information about our stay was provided upfront and was accurate. I highly recommend this property and host. I will definitely book with them again!

Mixed experience

Every employee I interacted with was fantastic. The home was comfortable and I felt that it was in a safe location. The main reason I chose its location was because it was close to such a nice park and that did work out well. The house itself has an overall musty smell and the floor is so dirty that our feet turned black when we were barefoot. The yard is dramatically overgrown and nothing like the pictures and not usable by children or dogs. The yard has broken glass, nails, screws, and various miscellaneous items in pieces here and there. It also looks in the back as if it would be a good environment for snakes, rats, and ticks. Here and there were broken vases or decorative items that had just been kind of pieced together and turned around. It looks like there is a leak under the front bedroom window for some time. I picked the rugs up so they would no t get damaged by my chihuahua and was in a cloud of dust. But the employees' kindness and the overall charm of the original plan for the house made us satisfied to be there. I feel like it started out as a good idea and perhaps has become a party house or something like that.
